Cancellation and Refund Policy
Any cancellation or to your reservation must be notified in writing and will be subject to the following conditions:
- Before 31.07.2023. – 80% will be refunded
- Before 31.08.2023. –50% will be refunded
- After 31.08.2023. – No refund
Requests for reimbursements must be sent in writing. All refunds will be done the latest 45 days after the conference.
